Biography
Chad assists startups and other small and large businesses with a range of transactional matters. He advises clients on business formation, corporate governance, funding, regulatory compliance, and other general business matters. Chad also helps clients structure and complete deals, including mergers and acquisitions.
Chad obtained his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating with High Honors. While in law school, Chad was a note and comment editor on the Utah Law Review; a Faust Library Research Fellow; and served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Joel Marker of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Utah. Prior to his legal education, Chad earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Utah State University. He is admitted to practice in Utah.
