Biography
As a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Corporate practice group, Hunter focuses his practice on representing business, of any size, in all aspects of business transactions, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and stock and asset acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Hunter obtained his J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law. During his time in law school, Hunter worked as a law clerk at a small and mid-size law firm as well as a successful start-up company gaining experience working with clients in a variety of different situations. Before attending law school, Hunter graduated cum laude from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
