Patrick Ngalamulume represents clients in all aspects of technology, licensing and intellectual property transactions. He also represents clients with real estate matters including transactions, management and financing. Biography
Patrick Ngalamulume is an associate attorney and member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Intellectual Property Transactions practice team. Patrick focuses his practice on all aspects of business, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on contracts; licensing of technologies; corporate compliance; entity formation and governance; and commercial transactions. Patrick also assists clients in all aspects of real estate management and transactions including owning, acquiring, developing selling, financing, and leasing.
Patrick is a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, where he received his J.D. in May 2020. He was active with the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic (ELC) during his 2019–2020 academic year where he successfully assisted a client with trademark prosecution, which was then published with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. While in the ELC, Patrick worked on transactional legal matters and provided assistance to business owners and entrepreneurs in Idaho. Further, Patrick assisted a local nonprofit with drafting website terms of service, the release of liability, and confidentiality agreements.
