Biography
Paul Evans concentrates his practice on complex business transactions with an emphasis on the development and protection of intellectual property assets. Paul has more than 25 years’ experience with law firms and as a corporate executive in a wide range of legal matters including, analyzing, structuring, negotiating and closing sophisticated commercial transactions as well as managing all aspects of intellectual property protection and litigation. He is a tactical and analytical problem solver who focuses on the overall picture to ascertain strategic business direction and proactively formulate risk mitigation strategies that protect key corporate assets, capital and profitability. Paul has also been a trusted advisor to boards of directors, executive management teams and investors.
Prior to joining Parsons, Paul was COO and general counsel of a biotech company, where he directed legal affairs for the company and aligned the business strategies, plans and objectives with the company’s IP strategy.
